My wife and I spent the day with our guide Frederico last week and the caballeros from the park. We were picked up at in town centro and taken to the canyon. We were given instructions for the ride and proceeded along with the ride. We were lucky that is was only us on this ride due to us visiting in the slow season. This was a fantastic experience for my wife and I. We were celebrating our one year wedding anniversary. To be quite honest, my wife was very nervous. However, the staff was amazing and made her feel calm and at ease. In fact, one of the ranch hands took the lead rope of the horse she was riding, which gave her great confidence that she was in good hands. Everyone from beginning to end was very kind and very helpful. We would definitely do this again when our travels take us back to San Miguel.

Hike with Frederico and Ricio was a very memorable experience. The guides took very good care of us. The views were stunning and the lunch was truly delicious. I would recommend, as the company does, to wear hiking shoes.
