My wife and I spent the day with our guide Frederico last week and the caballeros from the park. We were picked up at in town centro and taken to the canyon. We were given instructions for the ride and proceeded along with the ride. We were lucky that is was only us on this ride due to us visiting in the slow season. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The horses appear to be well taken care of. There were several locations along the way we were allowed to gallop the horses. After the ride, we were taken for a very traditional Mexican meal at one of the local’s houses. We were definitely wore out after the ride. If you forget a hat, you can purchase one from them at a fair rate. Highly recommended!

Tomamos un tour al Tajín y Papantla y nos tocó un conductor mega puntual y muy bueno, ya en el Tajín el guía de turista fue Fernando Cruz, una persona de lo más preparada y que contestó todas las dudas que tuvimos, estoy segura que en otra ocasión volveré a viajar con ellos a otro sitio y será igual de grato que éste.

We had a really great time at this place! Staff was super helpful and friendly. We went during a weekday when it wasn't very crowded so I feel like we got lots of special attention:-) we bought the park pass and did the bungee jumping, the zip lines, the camel ride, horseback riding, and the Animal Adventure. What a blast!

Even though we waited in line to enter Balandra for over an hour and a half like everyone else, we made it in and we're very happy because it was totally worth it. Juan, our driver and guide, was very polite and calm, and he told us about the city. Once inside Balandra, we climbed to the viewpoint and saw a beautiful view. We also enjoyed delicious shrimp ceviche under the shade, comfortably seated in beach chairs. It was a relaxing day and highly recommended if you have extra days in La Paz.

Excellent service. Very professional,. It is a family business with a lot of experience in the area and with an excellent work team, together with my family we had a wonderful day. Captain Gilberto and young Adolfo form an excellent team where safety and very good attention were their priority, giving us a trip that went beyond just a day of boating. Thank you team for making us feel part of your family and giving us a spectacular day.

¡Excelente servicio! Tomé el tour a cascadas en servicio colectivo. Nuestro guía y operador fue José. Quién se encargo de explicarnos todo el recorrido y darnos la información necesaria. La comida en la finca estaba muy rica y las personas de la comunidad en todo momento fueron muy amables. Nuestro guía junto con pilar quien es una guía local perteneciente a la comunidad, nos acompañaron en todo momento durante el tiempo que estuvimos en las cascadas.😊 ¡Lo recomiendo ampliamente! 10/10

La experiencia de montar a caballo en San Miguel de Allende fue excepcional en todos los aspectos. Desde la atención cálida hasta el cuidado meticuloso de los caballos y la guía experta, cada detalle se manejó con excelencia. El almuerzo casero en las colinas añadió un toque especial a la jornada. Sin duda, volvería a vivir esta experiencia única y la recomendaría a quienes buscan una conexión auténtica con la belleza de San Miguel de Allende a caballo.

We hired the private boat scuba dive option for 5 of us to go dive for the day. Our dive master, Miguel, was super knowledgeable about the local marine life and very helpful with everything starting with great communication when I booked the trip. We had a variety of dive levels in our group and he took extra time to help our first time diver of the group and help her to feel comfortable. We saw pods of dolphins, sea lions, sea turtles and tons of fish. The day was 8 hours long and was simply just perfect. I highly recommend booking your scuba, snorkel or discovery trips with up dive! Everyone in our group had an amazing day and had only great things to say about it after. Thanks guys for an awesome day on (and in) the water!
